GitHub

Fixes CK-12 in a commit, pull request summaries and preview deployments.

Connect GitHub

In Project → Developers, choose Connect GitHub, install the CommentKit app on your account or organisation, and pick the repository for the project. Only project admins can do this.

Fixes CK-12

Write Fixes CK-12 (or “closes”, “resolves”) in a commit message or pull request. The commit or pull request shows on the task, and the task moves to Ready for review so the reviewer is asked to check it. Just mentioning CK-12 links it without changing the status. When the pull request is merged, the reviewer is asked to check it on the live site.

Pull requests and previews

When a preview deployment of a pull request succeeds (Vercel, Netlify and others report it to GitHub), CommentKit remembers its address. Feedback left on that preview, or on the pull request’s branch, is summarised in one comment on the pull request, kept up to date. You can turn the comment off in Project → Developers.
