Deleting a project does not free its slot immediately. On Pro, the slot stays occupied until your current billing period ends. On Lifetime, it stays occupied for 30 days. Deleting a project does not cancel your subscription.
Yes. Pro slots cost $9 each per month. Lifetime includes 15 slots, and additional slots cost $10 each as a one-time payment.
There is no per-seat price. Both plans include unlimited members and comments. You control who can access each project.
Both plans include 1 GB of storage per project. Individual uploads can be up to 10 MB.
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view and export existing feedback. New comments, replies, edits and uploads need an active plan.
You can create an account without paying. You need a Pro or Lifetime plan before creating a project. You can try the package on the homepage before you sign up.
